We’re thrilled to share that First 5 Fox Valley was recently featured on the Appleton Engaged Podcast! In this episode, you’ll hear the story of how our organization grew from its early 2000s beginnings in home visitation and interventions into what it is today—a trusted hub where families with young children can find the support they need.

We talk about the moment when families helped us see that too many services were operating in silos, leaving parents to navigate a maze of resources on their own. Through years of community conversation and collaboration, we rebranded and reimagined what was possible. Today, First 5 Fox Valley brings partners together across eight counties—Outagamie, Calumet, Shawano, Green Lake, Marquette, Winnebago, Waupaca, and Waushara—so families can access resources in one connected place.

With over 6,500 families served and more than 7,500 children supported through our navigator system, our focus remains clear: to help children thrive in their first five years by ensuring families are connected, resourced, and equipped.

We’d love for you to listen in, hear the full story, and share your feedback. Check out the episode here—and please feel free to share it with others who care about strengthening families in our community.
