The Help Me Grow Fox Valley Centralized Access Point creates a great place for families and providers to connect. Using a call-in center accessed through phone, text, chat or email families are connected to the “real person” Resource Navigator who will link resources and make referrals for families with early childhood service providers. Through a Family Outreach Child Development Navigator, parents can get the specialized help they seek to support their young child’s healthy development.
